Accessibility with ADA and W3C considerations
Teradactyl LLC. Accessibility with ADA and W3C Statement
teradactyl.com, teradactyl.net, teradactyl.org, teradactyl.biz, teradactyl.info, teradactyl.us, teramerge.net, teramerge.biz, teramerge.info, teramerge.org, and teramerge.us are the property of Teradactyl, LLC. These policies apply to all of these domains and web sites, collectively referred to as ("Site") and to products manufactured, sold, and/or shipped by Teradactyl LLC. We strive for optimum accessibility with ADA and W3C considerations.
Teradactyl LLC. is committed to making its Site, products, and the information it provides accessible to the widest audience possible. To better serve our clients we have created a team to update and keep our company aware of current Accessibility Standards and requirements.
Reasonable Accommodations: Teradactyl LLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or in the provision of services. Any request for reasonable accommodation should be communicated to our staff by calling (505) 338-6000 or emailing Teradactyl LLC. at email@example.com.
We are redesigning our Site(s) using the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 'AA' Level, meaning that all Priority 1 and 2 standards are satisfied. We use this as guidance for making the Site(s) accessible to users with disabilities. The site(s) also comply with the federal standards established by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. All pages upon our Site(s) validate as XHTML 1.0 Transitional utilizing the W3C Markup Validation Service.
Many documents on our Site(s) are in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) to allow people to view the document in its original printed format, though HTML and Text versions of a document are made whenever available for WCAG 2.0 compliance reasons. In order to view and print PDF documents, you may need to download and install the free Acrobat Reader software. People using screen readers and other assistive technologies may have difficulty accessing PDF documents, especially if they were not scanned with Adobe's accessibility features enabled. We attempt to make every effort to make a document available in an Accessible format, but you may need to use another format if you are having trouble viewing the PDF publications on our Site(s).
Accessibility with ADA Status
Teradactyl LLC. has created an Accessibility Policy and we distribute this information to members of our product design teams. We require our developers to adhere to our website policies when posting or developing content for our Site(s) and products.
Accessibility Standards and their interpretations are subject to rapid aging and legislative changes. Should you encounter any accessibility barriers, or would like to make suggestions on improving our website or products for Accessibility, please do not hesitate to contact us at ada@Teradactyl.com.
