Key Terms and Conditions:
These discounts are
valid in the continental US from January 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008
and apply in addition to channel discounts for commercial, educational,
government, and nonprofit clients subject to both proof of eligibility
and Teradactyl approval. To be eligible to receive these discounts, you
must purchase the qualifying products within the stated promotional period.
Purchase orders for qualifying products submitted within the promotional
period will be eligible for discount provided payment is made before April 30, 2008 and Teradactyl has received a properly executed Teradactyl Software
License Agreement. Teradactyl products must be purchased from Teradactyl
or a participating authorized Teradactyl reseller located in the 50 United
States or District of Columbia. Void where prohibited by law.
QUALIFYING PRODUCTS:
True incremental Backup System Initial License Charges for all versions
are eligible
for these offers, subject to the configuration restrictions established
for a specific discount. The required number of ILC's and processes are
a minimum. These discounts apply to new software purchases only. You must
be an end-user purchaser, and not a reseller, to obtain these promotional
offers. If you are purchasing multiple department or site licenses, you
may take advantage of multiple promotions, provided that only one qualifying
discount is applied to each department or site purchase. These offers
are not valid in conjunction with any other Teradactyl offer or promotion,
except as otherwise specifically permitted by the terms and conditions
of such other offer or promotion.
