Teradactyl appoints Stan Marshall to Board of Directors

PITTSBURGH (April 11, 2002) - Teradactyl, LLC has named Stan Marshall to its Board of
Directors.

Marshall is Chief Technology Officer of Pittsburgh-based Investment Horizons and will
contribute his expertise in technical communications. Co-author of "Selecting
Investments for Your Retirement Account," which sold 150,000 copies, Marshall has
developed PC and Web-based financial planning applications and has published numerous
articles on retirement investment planning. He is responsible for development and
implementation of Investment Horizons' technology-related product line.

That ability to create user-friendly answers to technology questions will be useful in his
new post. Marshall will assist Teradactyl in developing training programs for staff, clients
and the public.
